Customers requesting urgent delivery agree to pay the applicable urgent shipping charges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation and are dispatched as quickly as possible during business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Parcel Opening Policy
According to courier company policies, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before accepting delivery.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us immediately after receiving the parcel.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Any delay caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses shall be the customer's responsibility.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or requests the courier to return the parcel without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for all applicable courier charges, including return shipping charges.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or unreachable, additional delivery attempts or re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears visibly damaged from the outside, please record a video while opening the parcel and contact us immediately after receiving it.
